My holidays have officially started!!!! It feels absolutely SO good to wake up and without having to study for exams!!!! Over the weekend, I started my new job, in the real estate business, of buying properties and developing houses and hotels around Australia. Yep, you guessed it, I’ve been playing Monopoly everyday for the past 3 days.
I made mushroom soup and also tried out a new dish last night, braised french trimmed lamb shanks. Preparing it and cooking it was really long and tedious, and something really new, but fun indeed! It was basically an experiment so that I can make it for Pa and Ma when they come. Thank God for friends whom I can experiment my food on. According to them, they turned out great!!! I think so too! =) Mmm...

( I tried SO hard to fit my whole face into the picture but my arm is just not long enough!!!)
Notice that little blue thing in the shape of an egg on the table next to the Monopoly board? That's my new virtual pet!!! It's a dinosaur...It's still a baby dino, doesn't eat too much but it poops alot alot....=/

Btw, finally I beat Kar-ling (aka Race-queen) at Gran Turismo, only because I ban her from using the Dodge Viper GT!
